Here at the World Horse Welfare Head Office in Norfolk there are over 40 staff who work in the office, dealing with hundreds of calls and enquiries everyday. The office is extremely busy with lots of activity as all the staff work hard to make life better and protect horses all over the world. Here are some of the people you may need to contact…

Harry – ILPH Rangers Mascot

Hoof it Harry

Harry takes part in events to raise money for World Horse Welfare, such as Hoof It For Horses and running marathons!! He also attends shows and World Horse Welfare open days and visits schools to meet his fans. Harry has his own email address and receives lots of letters, photos and stories from his fans! If you would like to write to Harry with any general questions or send a letter which you may like to have included on the Rangers web site, perhaps with a photo too, please send him an email to the adress above and he will be sure to get it!

Debbie Graver – Operations Support Officer

Debbie Graver – Operations Support Officer

Debbie takes calls from people who have seen horses or ponies in distress. Perhaps they are very thin or their feet are overgrown or they are injured. If you are concerned about any horse or pony you need to contact Debbie on 08000 480180. However, we can only take calls from people over the age of 16 so please ask someone old enough to check it first and ask them to call us with the details.

Hannah Rowley – Public Relations Officer

Hannah Rowley – Public Relations Officer

Hannah helps to make sure that everyone knows all about the work World Horse Welfare does, by getting stories in as many magazines and papers as possible, and even sometimes on the radio and television. You can contact Hannah via the rangers email address.

Some of the staff here bring their dogs to work with them and so we thought you may enjoy meeting some of the four legged members too….

Titch ‘Titch’ is a Jack Russell x Norfolk Terrier and she comes to work with Hannah Rowley who is the Public Relations Officer. Titch loves her midday walk and then likes to curl up on her bed and sleep all afternoon!

Holly 'Holly and co' This is Holly the terrier, Flora the chocolate labrador and Bryn the springer spaniel. They come to work with Kirsten, Emma and Jo from the campaigns department.
